The HR.com team sought out Cristaux to redesign an established award in a new material. They wanted this award to amplify the substantial value of their event program. The client partnered with us to realize two goals: to award the most impressive individuals in their industry and to inspire all attendees to impact the lives around them.
Tasked with revamping the existing award, the Cristaux team first researched, drafted, and sketched dimensions for the design. With exacting standards, we then cut the LEAD Awards logo’s shape out of crystal. Next, we precisely printed the logo with ultra-violet ink with the help of advanced color-matching technology. In the end, we delivered a concept that proudly reflected the organization and aligned with its goals.
