The Challenge
The Council on Tall Buildings reached out to Cristaux to solve a myriad of program management issues. Their product was previously handled by someone who wasn’t familiar with the material of crystal, and they were having issues with design consistency.
There was also an issue with the product finish. The metal plates used for recipient decoration would routinely fall off. Overall, they sought out an elevated level of customer service and a replacement design.
