The Avionica team approached Cristaux to create awards for a years of service recognition program. They envisioned a custom design that incorporated their branding and showcased an interactive element.
To start, we created a crystal award that would serve as a universal base for all employees. To recognize different work anniversaries, we fabricated keychains to celebrate three, five, ten, and fifteen years with the company.
To showcase the Avionica brand, we replicated its logo and cloned its exact colors. The recognition pieces exuded the client’s brand and fulfilled their vision.
