The client wanted to create a program to recognize excellence in safety. In addition to a larger showpiece that they would display in offices, they imagined designing smaller awards to give to recipients. As a team, we had to decide how to incorporate the CF Industries brand into the design.
To begin, we decided to use clear crystal because it creates beautifully radiant awards. Next, we branded the pieces by etching the client’s logo into the material. We then cloned their company’s exact colors and filled in the etched design with excellent precision. Last but not least, we personalized each piece with the deserving honoree in mind. In the end, we fabricated a simplistic yet celebratory award.
