The client approached us to create custom awards for their veteran employees. To celebrate thirty years of service, the CIR team imagined a sleek and branded design.
First, we chose to use black crystal to fabricate the awards because the material is strong and refined. We cut the pieces into the shape of wedged circles so that they would easily stand up on their own. To feature the CIR brand, we recreated the logo by etching the design into the crystal pieces.
Then, we filled the engravings with a crisp white color. Last, we cloned the company’s branded teal color and applied it to the design with Cristaux’s proprietary acetate embedment process. The pops of blue make this creation special for the client and award recipients.
