The client was creating a service award program. They came to us with a design they wished we could bring to life. Our main challenge was tailoring the concept while respecting their vision.
After we made a few adjustments to the award’s design, we worked with our wood suppliers to source bamboo for the program. We also collaborated with a local vendor who shaped the custom metal pieces. Then, we were able to assemble the awards in our facilities.
To distinguish different employee work anniversaries, we painted some metal elements gold. For the finishing touches, we attached the metal parts to the wooden pillars and digitally printed personal details to make recipients feel truly special.
