We are looking to add a Sales Support Specialist to the team! In this role, you’ll be pivotal in providing vital support to our sales team and customers, facilitating activities that drive business growth and enhance revenue. We seek a highly organized, collaborative individual with a proven track record of navigating across departments to swiftly address internal requests and external inquiries while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion to work in a creative, niche industry to support several teams including marketing, production, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in various aspects of customer communications including email generation, lead management, and light marketing operations.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Input, verify, and transfer customer and account information between the Trello system and Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM
  • Serve as the main contact for customer order fulfillment requests including sales, technical support, and customer service.
  • Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels.
  • Deliver impactful messaging concisely and professionally.
  • Balance multiple demands and prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives.
  • Adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and company growth.
  • Forge strong internal relationships across various teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Facilitate bi-directional communication across departments.
  • Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance customer engagement and improve their experience.

 Qualifications

  • 1-3 years proven success in B2B sales support or customer service.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic marketing knowledge and experience is desired, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Order Management programs
  • Past experience working in a customer-facing service/ supportive administrative role.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of one (1) to (3) experience in B2B sales support or customer service.
  • Understanding of the promotional products industry is extremely helpful.
  • An appreciation for design and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
