Calling all Inside Sales Specialists! We are looking for a personable, energetic, and incredibly detail-oriented individual to add to our Sales Team. Strategic planning is critical, and this role will be responsible for increasing company revenue/sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting brand awareness, and nurturing strong client relationships. All leads generated by the Inside Sales Specialist will be assigned to our account management team who will convert, manage, and close these leads.

The Inside Sales Specialist will work very closely with the account managers to provide customer support that will continually improve the relationship and help maximize account growth. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. We work across all industries, and we are looking for someone who can handle a heavy workload but also likes to have a lot of fun interacting with a variety of clientele. We are a very tech-savvy company, and the majority of our company is all online working from home now.   • Prospect for new leads & identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking, social media, and cold calling.
  • Develop a target list of high-value accounts from whom you wish to win more business
  • Must have strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with new clients through virtual and in person meetings, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain your sales pipeline through consistent outreach, follow up, cold calling, answering inbound leads, and all aspects of sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify obstacles and opportunities for new or additional services
  • Report to and work with the Director of Sales & Client Success to create and manage a list of accounts and identify potential new verticals to grow year-over-year (YOY) in overall sales revenue, and YOY profitability
  • Manage client engagement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close active projects in pipeline and enhance service delivery
  • Build awareness and promote conversion solutions against competitive brands by defining a problem statement and focusing on solution-based selling
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Cristaux’s suite of solutions, products, programs, competitive landscape, and overall market
  • Participate in the discovery and assessment of complex customer requirements through internal, partner and customer interaction and knowledge of successful and unsuccessful industry practices
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor through all conversations and demonstrate a refined etiquette with tonality while holding true to ALL of Cristaux’s core values.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, well organized and very personable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and industry standard sales and purchase order software platforms. Dynamics 365 CRM and BC experience is a plus.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales and business development experience – proven track record of success
  • Be an inspirational new business hunter – You understand that activity breeds results and are motivated internally to create that activity
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and listening ability
  • Have an entrepreneurial flair, be highly organized, and show demonstrable business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives with ever-increasing responsibility and sustained growth.
  • Demonstrate ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.
  • Experience in inside sales and cold calling
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of two (2) to four (4) of sales experience is necessary.
  • Understanding of the promotional products industry is extremely helpful.
  • An appreciation for design and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
