The Challenge

Butterfield Bank wanted to create a years of service program for all of the people who have been at the company. The design must hold company branding consistent while making each award very specific to the year of service.

The Solution

Incorporate a waterjet version of their logo into a line of custom awards which increases in size in tandem with the years of service contributed to the company. With six categories for years of service, each year designated a certain size that the piece would be made in. As the years, grew, the award got bigger.
