The Challenge

Butterfield Bank wanted to create a years of service recognition program for all its employees. The design had to maintain consistent company branding while making each award specific to the year of service.


The Solution

The Cristaux team started by incorporating a waterjet version of the client’s logo into a line of custom awards. These pieces increased in size as the years of service contributed to the company increased. With six categories for years of service, each year designated a certain size for the corresponding piece produced. As the years grew, the awards got bigger.
