The Challenge

With intent to recognize the top sales earners for the company, Cristaux was assigned the creative challenge of coming up with a concept that stood out amongst the rest. Also, it had to be durable and interactive so that the recipients could connect further to the recognition.

The Solution

Internally, we called this recognition piece the “brag-tag” because what we ultimately designed was luggage tags that symbolized the level of sales achievement. When a representative would travel, they could ultimately be recognized by their achievement level. We ended up making four levels of different molds and each design was made to capture a different level of designation.
