Shopify Order Support

If your Shopify Milestone Award appears to be inaccurate or damaged, the Cristaux Team has you covered. Please fill out the information below and we will get a replacement piece routed to you as soon as possible.


Request order support

Support submissions must be sent within 10 business days of receiving the award. To qualify for an order support claim, your request must fall under one of the following terms:

  • Personalization on the award is inaccurate.
  • The milestone award itself has been damaged in transit.
  • The award box appears to be damaged.
  • The award itself is not the correct milestone award (color, category)

To submit an order support claim, please provide the following information:
→ Share Details About the Package
To address the correct shipment, share tracking details, contact information of the recipient and a work order number that can be found on Reference Line #1 of every shipping label. 
→Provide At Least 3 Images
Submit photos of the award, shipping box and material. If there are no pictures, Cristaux will not be able to process the claim. 
→ Support Claim With Additional Documentation
Provide any additional information that can help process your claim. This may include the original or copy of the itemized invoice and an order confirmation.
