Zendesk is a customer relationship management company which offers a cloud-based solution and tools to develop customer service.
Zendesk came to us, wanting to create a medallion like no other. The members of their high-performing sale team would soon be acknowledged as an addition to the President’s Club, and they would attend an event to honor their achievement.
In order to create this recognition medallion, Zendesk had two unique requests: keep the event’s location a surprise and feature the CEO’s face on the award.
Similar to how we approach all our projects, we were eager to take on the challenge. To represent where the event took place, we engraved the location’s specific coordinates on the medallion.
We then sandblasted, polished, and electroplated the piece to include the CEO’s face in the seamless design. To top it off, we placed each medallion in custom, company branded packaging to make this recognition program feel complete.
