Mitsubishi Motors Corporation is a global automotive manufacturer headquartered in Japan. It is one of the largest automakers in Japan and the world.
Mitsubishi expanded and opened a location in the largest industrial park in America: right around the corner from Cristaux headquarters in Elk Grove Village. They sought to recreate their newly built manufacturing facility in a unique way.
We worked with Mitsubishi and the Elk Grove Village township to pull plot lines and architectural drawings. Then, our designers compiled that data and scaled it down into a building replica. The final piece weighed in at 15 pounds and stood 4 inches high and 10 inches deep.
