While working with a different awards vendor, the Hy-Vee team experienced many inconsistencies with their design. They came to us to elevate their existing program and to achieve higher quality. Our team was determined to deliver the client cost-effective awards.
Using our innovative manufacturing techniques, we wire cut one-inch-thick pieces of metal. Through this method, we achieved unparalleled precision. Then, we polished the outside edges. To finish, we used a fiber laser to engrave personalization on the front of each piece. We colored the engravings with black paint and checked for high standards of quality across the whole program.
