We’re hiring for our Amsterdam Facility! Cristaux is looking for a Production Support Specialist that will be involved in a little of everything that happens in the Facility. Some of those responsibilities will include shipping and receiving, monitoring and tracking inventory, quality checks of incoming awards, cleaning and packaging awards, and learning about the Sand Etch and Digital Print machines. The person best suited for this role is someone who loves staying busy, learning new things, and can handle the responsibility of multiple positions. Standard Operating Procedures and best practices from the sister company in the States will be provided.

Due to the flexible and urgent nature of the design and manufacturing industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs. Regular attendance in conformance with the work standards and productivity, which is established and may be changed by Cristaux International from time to time based on levels of business, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Reliability, punctuality, and loyalty are expected.

Essential Functions:
The following is a list of primary job responsibilities; however, this is not an all-inclusive list, and other responsibilities will be assigned as deemed necessary.
Receiving + Quality Control:
- Inspection of all products upon arrival using designated award specification.
- Complete rejection forms and coordinate Procurement Team communication to the factories.
- Proper documentation of quantity of awards based on sku into the system and then stored appropriately.
Production:
- Retrieve products from shelves in accordance with Work Orders.
- Clean awards to ensure no fingerprints are left, or imperfections are visible.
- Application of Cristaux stickers.
- Training in production machinery such as Sand Etch and Digital Print.
- Following training standards for production machinery and processes.
Shipping + Kitting
- Coordinating domestic and international shipments with FedEx and UPS.
- Ensuring accuracy in packaging and then shipping the correct award to the corresponding recipient.
- Follow Kitting guidelines to ensure all shipments meet Cristaux standards.
- Cataloging which products fit best into master cartons.
- Dispose of any empty packaging near the door to keep the area cleared at all times.
- Accurate creation of shipping labels through shipping system.
Basic Requirements:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company.
- Must possess clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces
- Utilize Cristaux Technology platforms, ex: Outlook, Trello.
- Communicate with designated teams and Managers any issues or challenges that may arise
- Clean, vacuum and organize workstations and work areas.
- Clean and remove trash from all work areas at end of every day.
- Ensure there is nothing stored in hazardous places.
- Maintains a professional, cooperative working relationship with other staff members
- Able to lift up to 75lbs and sporadically operate heavy machinery.

Education & Experience
Minimum one (1) year in a Production related role.
Qualifications and Physical/Mental Requirements:
The Production Support Specialist should be versed and have experience in the inspection of custom made products.
