File a Claim

You may start a claim for recognition pieces that appear to be damaged in transit within 10 business days of receiving the award.

Each claim must include proof of documentation of the order and any damage that occurred in transit.

Claims Process at Cristaux International

You may start a claim for recognition pieces that appear to be damaged in transit within 10 business days of receiving the award. Each claim must include proof of documentation of the order and any damage that occurred in transit.

 

To submit a claim, please provide the following information:
 → Share Details About the Package
To address the correct shipment, share tracking details, contact information of the recipient and a work order number that can be found on Reference Line #1 of every shipping label. 

→Provide At Least 3 Images of the Award
Submit photos of the award, shipping box and material. If there are no pictures, Cristaux will not be able to process the claim. 

→ Support Claim With Additional Documentation
Provide any additional information that can help process your claim. This may include the original or copy of the itemized invoice and an order confirmation. 

How to Provide Proof of Damage

It is vital to provide clear proof of damaged items.
To ensure you providing enough documentation, please consider the following: 

  • Take the images of any damaged pieces in a well light room. Try to capture a few different angles of the damage.  
  • Save all original packaging, including insertions and romance cards until your claim is settled. 
  • Do not discard any damaged items after you submit your claim. You may be required to send the entire package to Cristaux International for further inspection.
