The Challenge
The client wanted a deal toy that was budget friendly yet colorful enough to capture the elements of the project. Most organizations would default to a gold shovel for this particular type of award, but Chicago Title wanted to do something more unique. We were instructed to create a design using only a post construction rendering of the product.
