The Challenge
To mark two decades and celebrate their outstanding accomplishments, the elite company sought to commemorate their 20th anniversary with an object that truly would stand out. No stranger to recognition, the Viking team had an existing history of collaboration with Cristaux having developed a recognition program for their exemplary sales team - so the Viking team confidently engaged Cristaux on this important initiative.

The Solution
With an extensive existing knowledge of the company, Cristaux was able to jump right in to develop a unique, brand-centric solution for the momentous occasion. Differentiating from the three-dimensional boat that came before, the Cristaux design team came up with a 2D form that held 3D properties. Highlighting the logo and honoring the brand, the Viking logo ‘floats’ in multi-layers of optical crystal and color filled silver. Personalization elements were added via sand etching.
