Leading audio brand, Beats by Dre, founded in 2006 by Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, has introduced an entirely new generation to the possibilities of premium sound entertainment. Marking it's biggest acquisition to date, Apple Inc acquired the brand in July 2014.

The Challenge
To mark the groundbreaking acquisition, Cristaux was identified as an aligning partner to strategize concepts for the transaction. Bringing together two extraordinary teams, both brands were looking to express the synergy between the groups.

The Solution
Through various concepts showing the synergy between two companies, Cristaux collaborated with the groundbreaking teams to test the concepts and move to production. Using clear crystal and color blocking with black, aluminum rods were used to unite the two elements. Due to proprietary guidelines, Cristaux is unable to display the final piece which, ultimately, resulted in the ideal representation of the history making and market changing deal.
