Focused on industrial technology-driven initiatives to build business, Tanaka identified Cristaux as the innovative partner they were looking for to design an industrial custom award that Tanaka could brand themselves around for years to come. It was important that the design was something that employees would embrace as the program grew.
Because Tanaka is an innovative leader in their field, the Cristaux design team thought it only natural to weave in elements in the design that Tanaka as a company employs themselves. Using aluminum as the main element for differentiating between years of service, every employee has their year designation personalized, by lasering out of the aluminum. On the panel, personalization details are embedded into the acrylic, then adhered to the bottom of a black granite base to complete the striking award.
