ExactTarget was a marketing company that was ultimately acquired by Salesforce. Its team needed to amp up its recognition program by creating an award of highly perceived value for its top-grossing employees.

The Challenge

We were approached by this company with a lackluster recognition program that was rewarding employees with a very standard award. This program in particular was for their years of service program, where after 10 years of service, an honorary employee would receive a custom award. The purpose of this new design was to leave behind stock products and truly emanate their company branding.

The Solution

Our team crafted a custom cutout of their logo to bring out the brand spirit. We decorated on the back side and mounted it on a crystal base. All awards included a custom gift box, decorated with an “X” for their brand name.
